入住过程糟透了。前台服务员显然不知道自己做了什么。我以自己的名义通过*******预订了两间房。我们都拿到了错误的钥匙，打不开我们分配的房间，然后他们又给我们换了一把。几分钟后，另外两位客人打开了我们的房门，进了我们的房间，因为他们的钥匙是同一间房的。我们的钥匙已经不能用了。在我的旅行中，我从未在国际酒店遇到过如此尴尬或糟糕的服务。

我们入住时，服务很粗鲁。我们入住的房间竟然没有电，微波炉、电视和冰箱都没电。热水浴缸的边缘都快散架了，锋利的边缘割破了我的泳衣。楼梯没有踢脚线，地毯松散，用胶带粘着，很容易绊倒。我们不得不爬楼梯，因为电梯坏了。最后一天早上，我们在退房时间前几个小时被锁在了房间外，不得不中断住宿，下楼到前台去拿新钥匙。前台服务粗鲁无礼。清洁人员是这里最让人满意的地方。与同品牌的其他酒店相比，这里设施太陈旧了。这里没有同品牌其他酒店那样的便利设施，糟糕的客户服务态度也让我体验到了最糟糕的体验。一定要改进！

Clean room and facility. Friendly staff, although i asked to have the room cleaned and have clean towels but they never came. I had to get the towels myself when I got back to the room at night, I asked for my room to be cleaned midday and housekeeping left at 4;30 pm: I got back to the room at 8pm :/

Clean room and pool area. Hot but not too hot, hot tub and warm pool. Small but nice when you have it to yourself, fiancé would have liked steps getting into pool to sit on. But very nice area

We WILL stay here again!

This place was spotless! Confy bed, and very quiet. We could not hear our neighbors at all or I35 traffic, which was only a block away.
