This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. I figured a name like Wyndham would be better.
The first room we were given, there was no heat. We turned the heater up to 90 and it just blew cold air. There was only 1 threadbare blanket and 2 sheets on the bed (in December). The one bed was broken, and there was no shampoo or conditioner for the shower. There was a brown substance smeared all over the window.
We were given a different room due to no heat in the first. The second room was so hot that we had to open the window at 3:00 AM to cool down. There were minimal blankets in this room as well so the front desk gave us extra, though we didn’t need them with the heating situation.
We were told upon check-in to expect a lovely breakfast in the morning. An apple and 3 miniature waffles to divide between 2 kids is not what I would call lovely. Luckily there was an IHOP down the street.
Terrible experience - can’t even give 1 star.

The front desk ckerk was AMAZING. She did a great job at greeting us. The room smelled of bleach, which was comforting but it was only 60 degrees in there. In a room with no carpet - it was terrible. The lamp shade was broken. Phone was broken with most buttons missing, and the tv did not work. Upon further digging, that clean smell was false as the furniture proved to be awfully dirty..

Honestly, gross. Im far from a clean freak but this place was very dirty. Found a womans shirt behind a chair, and floor very dirty in bathroom.

Parking lot did not seem safe. Lots of late night activity/noise. In fact, even had signs posted saying they weren’t responsible for damages.

The place was absolutely filthy. Will never go there again. Went to one before and it was very nice. That's why we booked this one. It is a dump. It smelled bad the minute we walked in. Floors were filthy. Overall...bad. We should have been refunded for our stay.

Our room was terrible, not clean and the bed was broken !!
There were drills and screwdrivers laying around. The TV didn't work. The carpet and Chair were really badly stained and smelled. The book about the hotel and surrounding area etc. looked like someone spilled on it!! It was sticky and gross. We went down to the front desk and complained and the man behind the desk and the maintenance man were yelling at each other. He finally asked me what I needed and said he will be up to our room in a few minutes to check it out. We waited for 1hour and then went downstairs and checked out. I expect a full refund!!!

The room was decent, moatly clean, comfortable bed, however really glad I brought my own pillow as the ones provided were badly stained with no pillowcases. It was pretty quiet generally, but the room doors didn't close without being yanked, which led to a lot of random bangs at night that scared me awake. The breakfast had very few options and any non-carpeted areas were really sticky. Did it work, yes. Would i stay there again? No.

Place was dirty, no staff service, rooms weren't clean, lobby was extremely loud from other guests who seem to be partying. Lobby smelled like cigarettes.
