Very clean. Overnight staff was lazy watching his cell phone. I think cell phones should be banned from workplaces. There are millions of tasks that can be done. Ovn crew gets away with so much.

Overall it was a good stay, great check in, clean room with a soft bed, and a decent breakfast. BUT at checking they have a sign for parking, $3…what…excuse me? We are not in an area with limited parking and I have to pay to stay and park. Not impressed.

Walking in no one was in the lobby. I had to call the number. Room was dirty and not vacuum.

The room was clean but could use some better pillows and new beds. The breakfast was good. The pool and hot tub were nice.

Great stay- clean and quiet!
PLUS: Immaculate Room. Very comfortable bed. Quiet area. Friendly, helpful staff, especially Jeff at the front desk.
Delicious fresh, hot breakfast with many items and plenty of seating.
MINUS:The music in the lobby by the front desk in the morning was WAY too loud for the conversation I was trying to have with my seated elderly family members. Also, a guy came in to the dining room/lobby area with a huge cartful of clean towels, sat down at one of the dining room tables and started folding the towels right there in the lobby-not very professional. There must be somewhere else in the building he can do that- so tacky.

The breakfast area needed attention since we were there on a Sunday morning and lots of people came at 9:30 one half hour before it closed. They were not prepared for that. They also ran out of pool towels early on Saturday evening by 6 pm. Room and bed was clean and comfortable.
