Excellent location to the venue we had a wedding reception at. Com: rocks in the median in between the parking lots of hotel and venue (terrible design). Pro; Caitlyn at the front desk was amazing

Mostly clean room. Some mold issues in our room bathroom, stained rug. The mattress was very old and you had to fight your way to stay out of the center.Lots of peeling paint in the waterpark. The arcade had a broken window and the wall trim was ripped up in a strange way. Upkeep very disappointing. Aside from the upkeep issues, the water park is enjoyable, just don't try to bring in your water bottle or the teenager manning the entrance will let you have it.

This is a nice hotel sized waterpark. The only challenge we had was determining when the waterpark was open. There were schedules listed in 3 different places on the website. They all conflicted. I got the "real" schedule from the front desk.

We are used to staying at Marriott and this hotel was not to our liking. We are not complainers but what stood out: the freeway noise was SO loud, the pillows were so lumpy we bought new pillows at Walmart after the first night, and kids were running and screaming down the halls until early morning hours (there is a water park here and kids everywhere on weekends). It showed signs of wear and needs a refresh. Might be fine for some but we would not return.

Health Hazard
Our room had water damage in the ceiling. It smelt horrible/unhealthy in there. Very humid and sticky. Bed had boogers on the blankets. They had no additional rollaway beds OR any pillows or any additional blankets. We could hear EVERYTHING in the hallways. The air conditioner was very loud and made a bad noise all night long. The pool area was very slippery and had no towels. I should have honestly left. When we finally got to sleep (3 am due to noise, we went to bed at 10:30), we woke up in the morning feeling like we smoked an entire pack of Marb Reds (none of us smoke) . Everyone’s lungs felt really heavy from the humidity or whatever else was in the air….. I won’t ever be returning.
Also, they charge $100 for “incidentals” on top of the room charge. I wonder if I should send them a bill for the hospital bills I might accrue if this stuff doesn’t clear out of our lungs from staying here.

Good Stay but not exactly what was expected.
Our family enjoyed our 1 week stay in two of the suites. I had requested adjoining suites but was told they were not available at check-in. Hotel is conveniently located to visit family in the area and we also enjoyed the water park over the weekend. There is a nearby shopping and dining options. Beds were comfortable, but expected more of a kitchenette in the suites with a table to eat at. Had to go to the front desk for information multiple times. There was no information provided at check-in, and nothing in the rooms regarding the hotel, location of amenities (ice machines, gym, 2nd floor outdoor patio), nor anything about schedule for the complementary breakfast (only available on certain days) and waterpark (limited hours/days). Would also suggest the hotel provide information on nearby conveniences.

Nice hotel
Hotel was clean. Room was spacious. Check in was easy. We stayed in another hotel owned by company the previous night and it was night and day difference. Pool is only open on weekends.
