The staff was very friendly when we checked in and when we checked out. The rooms were clean. The beds were uncomfortable. The morning staff told us we could have breakfast to go. Otherwise, overall everything was good.

I had a suit the room was nice found some trash under the bed left behind from the previous guest. House keeping could have did a better job with that. The room a had a little smell but not bad. Other them that the hotel waterpark staff and stay was amazing. My family and I will be back in the future

I love the improvements made to the rooms. These were a lot more modern. The staff was very accommodating to us (front desk to the cleaning service). We will definitely be back as the kids had a blast!

Aircon is not working heater even the bathroom the heater is too low you have to wait for 10mins until the heat will be ok. The fridge is not workingtoo!

No complimentary breakfast as promised.
Made reservation over a month ago and was told there was a complimentary hot / cold breakfast during the week and charge on weekends. I confirmed the week prior that breakfast was include with our stay Thursday night. Went to breakfast are Friday and discovered $13per adult and $6 for children. Our group of 10 guests were very unhappy and went to McDonald's instead.

The room was clean and bigger than expected ( big plus) but they were knocking on our door at 9:15 am to see about checkout. I responded to their text and let them know we were not leaving til the checkout time given, 11am and they again proceeded to come knock on our door a little after 10 am. I wasn't happy feeling like I had to rush to leave. The price was $9 higher than we were told, wasn't bad but still more than our ******* confirmation which said it included tax. Front desk staff were friendly. All in all it wasn't a bad experience except for feeling very rushed to leave the following morning. That was very disappointing. Liked they offered a breakfast buffet ( not included but reasonably priced)

Excellent location to the venue we had a wedding reception at. Com: rocks in the median in between the parking lots of hotel and venue (terrible design). Pro; Caitlyn at the front desk was amazing
