Although we had an issue with our first room, (it had a very bad odor) they were quick to move us to a new room.

Wonderful hotel to stay at when you have to visit the Mayo Clinic. Their shuttle service is excellent. Have a wonderful buffet and the hotel service is top-notch.

The Hotel was very clean, safe and friendly. We didn't need to use the shuttle, but they had one. We will stay there again.
