This was by far the worst hotel I’ve stayed at. Going to the Mayo Clinic is stressful in general but to go from appointment to appointment and come home to a filthy hotel room is beyond my comprehension.
If I had to list everything that was wrong it’d be writing a novel but here’s a few issues: The toilet lid was filthy, it was stained, cracked & had poop residue upon check in. It took management 2 whole days to replace the toilet seat cover. Aside from that, there was no kitchen utensils despite having a fully equipped kitchen and no sponge to wash the dishes. They have a sign that says “something borrowed” and lists a few things you can request like a rice cooker/slow cooker etc. but they didn’t have a rice cooker. The final straw was when all the outlets in the kitchen did not work.
TLDR: do not stay at this place

Amazing suite, tons of room, loved the vaulted ceiling. It made the rooms feel huge! great amenities in the room. Everything you would need to make a meal, great ice maker that worked incredibly fast! helpful, responsive staff at the front desk. The breakfast wasn't my favorite, but it was free hot and ready each day. Price was decent, especially given the size and quality of the room. It was clean and we loved it! We will definitely be back!

停车位不足。游泳池挤满了无人看管的孩子。特别是一群十几岁的男孩在小型儿童游泳池里打架。房间非常漂亮，只是角落里有点灰尘。有很多桌子可以在房间内用餐。
热水浴缸坏了，真让人沮丧。我之前甚至打电话询问过预订，我觉得员工可能会说它坏了
房间非常干净、舒适、宽敞。我们发现厨房干净实用。我们也享用了免费早餐。
我们住得非常舒适，地方很大，感觉很舒服。我们两个人吃的很饱！
喜欢游泳池区域，但遗憾的是热水浴缸不能用。
