The good, the bad, the ugly. The bed was the good, or better yet the great! That mattress was so comfortable all the pain in my body left. The bad was the animal hair. Even though my room supposedly was a non-animal room, when I used the iron, there was a lot of animal hair transferred to my clothes. The ugly, oh boy, the food was a different kind of “don’t eat that”. I am familiar with hotel breakfast but I could just see the intestinal problems that food was going to cause. Another ugly was the ironing board had dried food on it like someone had used it as a table to eat on, gross. The bathroom was small but I can get past that. Overall the room wasn’t the newest or most updated. I am picky and bougie so I would not normally ever go back to a hotel like this. The ONLY thing that will get me back (potentially) is the mattress. When I tell you all the pain in my body disappeared (and I take meds for the pain) I am telling you, it was heaven. So much so that my daughter and I chose to stay in the beds and chill rather than go sight-seeing. The beds redeem the rest of the mess this hotel is. If you can look past the rest of it the I recommend this budget friendly hotel. As for me, I will be looking at the more upscale version of the Wyndham Resorts.

Not sure how it is Wyndham affiliated! The lighting was terrible. Dark room and dull lighting over the sink. The wind howled through the window all damn night, that was not conducive to a good nights sleep. By the time we got to breakfast, all the hot food was gone. We waited 30 minutes to get warm (uncooked) meat, and eggs.

With weekly trips to this area the next 4 months, we’ll never stay here again!

They put a new chair in my room during my stay. The chair is way too big for the space and would not allow me to get into the bed on the left side without running into it. I re arranged the room so that when I got up in the middle of the night to use the bathroom, I would not run into it. The staff was fine. I just really question why they would choose to update furniture with something that does not fit!

The lady at the front desk was pleasant and friendly but had a lot of trouble with her computer when dealing with our reservation. Despite the hotel having several floors, there was only one ice machine (first floor) which was out of order. :( The pillows on the bed smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. I don't know if they had been washed or not, but ICK! The breakfast was good!

Staffing was on training and took longer to check-in. Breakfast was nothing to rave about. We skipped and found a locally run cafe. Rooms were okay not exceptionally clean.
