Clean room, amazing staff that went above and beyond. The whole lobby and it very area of the hotel is extremely well maintained.

Clean room, love the beds at Hampton Inns!!! Always great, always have feather pillows and others to choose from! Love black out windows, parking was easy and no charge. But the people that work here were particularly nice and super helpful! I highly recommend this Hampton Inn!!!

Hotel was clean and had good free parking. However the staff and especially the manager on duty was extremely unprofessional.
We had booked for 2 nights, arrived at the hotel around 11pm and the reception took about 25 to check us in as the room booked for was occupied by someone else so she had to find another room. I had requested crib which they said not available which is fine. WiFi didn’t work as it keep saying wrong password and that should have been my hint that something is not right.
On the day that we were supposed to check out, the manager came to our door banging (woke up by 2 babies) asking us to come to lobby or he is gonna call the police. Obviously worried I went down and he said that he has no record of us and what were are doing in that room. I told him that we had checked in and his employee gave us room keys (obviously I didn’t grab the keys by going to his office). He keep shouting saying he had no record of us and the room was booked under someone else for 1 night.
I showed him our booking confirmation and ID. After looking into it he said some hotel staff has marked us as “no show” and we should not be in that room. I was like how is that my problem or my responsibility that his staff messed up? And he threatened us with police? He only said sorry 1 time and said he will deal with his staff and went back to his office. I stood in the lobby for 10 min and he didn’t come out.

这家酒店非常干净啊,由于我出差的那个公司周围酒店不多,而且比较荒凉,最后呢选择了这家希尔顿酒店,结果非常出乎我的意料啊,早餐非常丰富,然后24小时咖啡跟茶都是无限量供应,热水也有供应,非常适合中国人。厄住了两晚,第二第3天离开的时候那个呃出租司机跟我讲,只要穿过马路走个几分钟啊应该有一个非常非常大的社区那边有很多人都参观,然后还有好多好多的好玩的地方啊,可惜我没有敢去。
酒店有点偏远,只能uber抵达,但是附近快餐店和大型商超也比较多、可以自己购买食物房间微波炉加热,唯一不好的就是出行不方便。
酒店有游泳池和健身房,不错。
连锁酒店的品质有保障,没有特别意外。前台很忙,感觉高峰期忙不过来。早餐中规中矩,简单。周围环境不错交通便利。
随时都能喝到美味的咖啡,这一点很棒。酒店周围也很安静,让人感到很放松。
工作人员非常乐于助人且友善,房间干净,床也很舒服,一定会再来的。
服务人员态度都挺好,酒店位置比较安静,房间面积大,停车免费,加油也很方便
