Nice property, but could use a facelift— a bit worn. Not within walking distance of any restaurants. But quite, clean and friendly staff.

I enjoyed my stay, I used to live in Columbus, Ms. I was visting family. The Hotel room was very clean, there was a nice amount of handicap parking spaces. The swimming pool was nice & clean. The breakfast was nice. Close to Gas stations. The staff was very nice as well. I Highly recommend this Best Western

Loved the location, however the room had a musty odor that we could only be coming from the air conditioner.
Also tried to pay upon arrival, but they wouldn't take my money. The website didn't provide a way to apply a senior discount and when we checked out they would NOT fix the problem AND charged my card (only for reservation NOT PAYMENT) VERY DISSATISFIED.

Overall we were very satisfied. The only recommendation. I strongly suggest working on the breakfast area. It was less than desirable.

Our room's floor was dirty and so was the bathtub. There was a mildew smell as soon as you walked into the lobby. The beds were clean. We couldn't access Netflix or YouTube, you had to call a separate number and when I did they told me to call back later! I think next time we go to Philadelphia we will stay somewhere else!

They took the carpet out of the rooms, and I feel like the carpet made it cozy. Our sink was stopped up and it was quickly fixed, but there was a little Debbie wrapper behind the TV stand. Overall not a bad place to stay. Breakfast options were great offering all the usual and fruit!

Check in was easy. The staff was extremely friendly!!!!! The rooms are clean, but the property appears to be older. Overall the hotel was in a great location and quiet. We enjoyed our stay!
