I enjoyed my stay at the Hampton Inn . I was initially scheduled to stay only 1-day but I had car issues an had to extend my stay an they were very accommodating..

Cleaning Rooms
Cleaning the rooms should be completed on a daily basis. Towels are needed, garbage should be disposed of and a clean room makes for a nicer stay! This should be included in the daily rates.
水龙头里的饮用水总是温热的，从来没有凉的或清爽的。饮水机也坏了，所以我只能买瓶装水。此外，我入住期间，我所在楼层的制冰机也一直坏着。
健身中心早上6点才开放，这对早起的人来说很不方便。虽然中午前台的工作人员非常友好，但我接触到的其他大部分工作人员都有些粗鲁。总的来说，这次入住体验令人失望，完全不像我印象中的希尔顿酒店。

没有热水，所以没法洗澡。走廊很冷，不过房间还算暖和。早餐是冷的，包括咖啡。我以前住过这家酒店，当时感觉还可以。以后不会再来了。
我预订了一间无障碍客房，但抵达后却被告知房间已被分配给了其他人。这并非酒店唯一的无障碍客房，另一间需要打扫。没关系，我们去吃了晚饭，回来后又被告知房间有管道问题，无法入住。前台问我是否真的需要无障碍客房，我回答说是的。我陪着我87岁的姑姑旅行，她需要使用助行器，行动非常不便。酒店告诉我我可以去其他地方找房间。然而，我已经通过*******支付了这间客房的费用。之后，酒店给了我一间普通的无障碍客房。第二天我才知道，前台工作人员弄错了，把我们的房间给了别人。道歉对我毫无意义。我预订的就是这间特定的客房，我理应入住这间客房。我以后绝不会再入住这家酒店，也绝不会向任何人推荐这家酒店。
房间里有宠物气味，但房间本身并没有宠物。
在房间里看到并杀死了6只蟑螂后，我就不再拍照了。第二天早上退房后，他们拒绝退还第二晚的房费。他们还试图告诉我，蟑螂是别人带来的。我以后再也不会住这家酒店了。
