The drinking water from the faucet was consistently hot or lukewarm—never cool or refreshing. The drinking fountain was also out of order, so I had no choice but to purchase bottled water. Additionally, the ice machine on my floor was broken throughout my stay. The fitness center did not open until 6 a.m., which is inconvenient for early risers. While the noon front desk staff were very friendly, most of the other staff members I interacted with were somewhat rude. Overall, the experience was disappointing and not what I would expect from Hilton.

Find a better hotel in Hattiesberg There was no hot water therefore no shower. The halls were cold, rooms were warm though. Breakfast was cold, including the coffee. I have stayed here before and it was ok. Will not return.

I reserved a HANDICAP Accessible room and when I arrived I was told the room was already given to someone else. This wasn't the only HANDICAP Accessible room & the other room needed to be cleaned. No problem, we went to dinner & came back. I was then told the room had PLUMBING issues & is unavailable. The clerk asked me if I really need a HANDICAP Accessible room, which I replied YES. I'm traveling with my 87 yr old Aunt using a walking & can barely walk. I was told I could go somewhere else to get a room. However, I already paid for this room with *******. I was then given a regular room with NO HANDICAP Accessabilty. I found out the next day that the clerk working the desk made a mistake & gave away our room. Apologies do me NO good. I reserved a specific room I should have received that room. I will never stay at this hotel again and I will definitely not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Room had pet odor with no pet only rooms

Stopped taking pictures after seeing and killing 6 roaches in my room. Checked out the next morning and they would not refund my second night. Tried telling me that people bring roaches with them. Would not stay there ever again.
