We arrived a couple hours before check in and were told our room was cleaned and ready. They informed us that there would be a $50 early check in fee. In my opinion this is completely ridiculous since we were paying almost $500 per night to stay there. The thermostat in our room didn't work and wouldn't adjust so one minute it was feeezing cold and the next minute it was burning up. The bed was the hardest bed I have ever slept on in my whole life. The comforter was not a comforter at all and it was more the thickness of a sheet so we had to use our own blankets in the bed. The unit in our room made a very loud rattling noise which prevented us from sleeping very much. Overall I would say for the money it cost to stay it was definetly not worth it. The experience was so terrible we checked out a day early and cut our trip short so we didn't have to endure it for another night.

Very convenient location. Staff were very courteous and accommodating. The facility was clean and unkept. Disclosure- you do have to pay steeply for parking. I was not notified of this prior until my arrival.

Loved the location, front desk staff, and bell hops…. Cleaning staff not so good. First day we had no coffee cups at all and had to go down to get them. Then one day towels were changed, but bed wasn’t made and no coffee refresh, next day we smelled cigarette smoke in the room. They came and sprayed air fresheners on carpet. Smelled it again later the next day. It was overwhelming. Next day room wasn’t cleaned at all. Never did they replenish the toiletries. For this price point we expected better. The front desk always responded and showed concern. Cleaning staff failed!

It was an amazing stay, great customer service, comfy beds, clean, great view. The only thing why i didn't give it a 5star was because shower door didn't close tightly that the water would spill out and i had to dry it with towels,. I had to ask for more everytime we showered. I would definitely stay there again. Its located right next to the polor express train.

We were given a handicapped room and when i questioned the front desk clerk was not very friendly and said that is what we reserved, which is not what we booked. The phone in room did not work. The auto door key stopped working. The coffee maker was dirty.

We really appreciated our spacious, modern, clean room overlooking the Christmas tree. Shopping at Branson Landing was convenient and fun!

Wonderful! Except the stationary soap/lotion/shampoo containers need to be filled. The lotion dispenser was completely empty. The ice maker on the 3rd floor didn’t work. Toilet paper holder was falling off wall, could use another blanket on the bed. Keys didn’t work to our room and had to have them reprogrammed. But still, it was very nice.

We had an amazing room with a terrace near the huge Christmas Tree in the center of the Landings. Also, I can back to the room after cleaning and found one of my earrings on the bathroom counter. I didn't even know I had lost it. I was thrilled to have staff that goes the extra mile. I told the hotel front desk staff about my earring and left a reward for the diligent housekeeper.
