Everyone from people at front desk for check in, bar tenders, bellman, and valet were all great! Rooms were clean and comfortable. Having shopping, eating, etc. within walking distance was a bonus. Would definitely recommend staying there!

Bathroom was moldy. No hot water, lukewarm at best. Numerous extra convenience charges. Parking was expensive in an area that parking charges should not happen. Very disappointing room for the cost

We do lease access to the Parking Garage for the Convention Center to be able to make keys for our guests, the garage costs $15 per 24 hours for parking individually, and our parking rates do match that. We are regretful to have let you down on this stay, we will work to improve our product and services. The room was spotless and the staff went out of their way to make sure everything was good with my stay. I was texted 4 times in 2 days to as a reminder to ask for anything thst i might need.
The location is perfect for the things to do in downtown Branson.

The bar female was not so friendly, never addressed us with a hello just ask what are you having?we had free drink coins,I assumed with a free drink coin you had your choice of drink, she said you can only have a certain drink, so we ordered and old fashion and left.

Check in was 2.5 hours after when check In time was postered due to rooms not being ready . Called and requested housekeeping to be done to room at 8:30 returned to room at 4 pm and room still not clean ….. had rice balcony but was struggle to open sliding door to go out onto …. Also tv remote was missing from room on arrival . When asked about problems excuses made by staff . Overall unsatisfied with stay esp for the price paid .
