The pool was very dirty, and the hot tub did not work, ice machine on the second floor was also broken. The breakfast was pretty good, and the lady serving the breakfast was super sweet! The soaps shampoo and conditioners were extremely watered down. The staff was very friendly, just disappointing when you take children to a hotel, they look forward to swimming and we were not able to do that. Overall not a horrible stay, just should have been some type of notice about the pool and hot tub.

We stayed here to attend a Chiefs game and the location was great. Easy to get to and from the stadium with minimal traffic. Lots of restaurant choices nearby. Our room was comfortable. Our bathroom door did not close/latch all the way. Not sure if it was just warped at the bottom or what, but the room set up was private enough that it didn't cause much impact. We loved the hooks and extra space on the wardrobe to put both of our suitcases. Most hotels only have room for one suitcase and the other one sits on the floor. It kept our room looking tidier. Breakfast was typical. Eggs, sausage, biscuits, toast, oatmeal, fruit, yogurt, pancake maker. The Mexican restaurant next door was nice to walk to and the food was great! I was a little skeptical booking this hotel after reading through some of the reviews, but we had no issues (other than the bathroom door which wasn't really an issue to us).

Just checked in. It is 8:44 pm just got to the room. The room feels dirty, and the reason I stayed here was because of the hot tub, and the hot tub is broken. So I don’t believe the property is making good on their end of maintaining their property. I am disappointed with this property. So this stay is going to non enjoyable and relaxing. Stinky nonrefundable room with a nonworking hot tub. So we tried the sister hotel Comfort Inn with no luck because the pool and the hot tub are not working. It would be awesome if ******* would help you in finding out if the hotels amenities are up to par when their customers are trying to find a room to feel relaxed and feel good after their stay.

Pool was not available which was a problem. Breakfast was sufficient. Room was clean. It was very loud most of the night from people stomping on floor above us and running up and down the hallway.
