From the minute we checked in we knew this hotel was exceptional! The people were all friendly and helpful. The room was lovely and very clean. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and fire pit more than once. Oh and the view of downtown KC was magnificent!
房间卫生干净，酒店环境安静
每个员工都面无表情。从维修工到前台，再到洗衣工、泳池管理员。房间里冷风很大。热水浴缸坏了，“所谓的经理”看起来像个瘾君子，对我关心的任何事情都漠不关心。服务太差了。千万别住这里！
我们每次去堪萨斯城都会住这家酒店。交通便利，只需10分钟Uber就能到市中心。价格也很合理。
房间干净又棒。景色非常优美，篝火区非常放松，非常适合休闲放松！
设施故障
热水浴缸坏了，泳池水太冷了。孩子们想在家度假，却连设施都没法用。酒店在退房时没有告知我们，也没有提供任何补偿。孩子们通常都很喜欢住在那里。这次真是太糟糕了。
酒店还行。没有免费咖啡，热水浴缸温热且脏，泳池冰冷。酒店没什么大问题，只是有些小瑕疵。
价格还行
入住时间晚，房间还没准备好。
特大床套房没有浴缸。热水浴缸上方的石膏板正在脱落。前台人员无法联系。
