Stayed here overnight for a cruise. Checked in super late thanks to flight delays. Danielle at the front desk was so nice and accommodating even after my daughter got sick in the lobby due to motion sickness from the uber ride. Linda in the breakfast area was also super sweet. Helped us work the impressive pancake machine and even helped me get apple juice for my daughter after it was shut down for the day. I wish we got a chance to utilize the pool it looked very nice and clean. There was construction going on the 3rd floor but we heard nothing. Breakfast was delicious I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others. Would like to come back to see the new renovations.

This hotel is perfect for being near Port Carnarval. The rooms are brand new and the service and breakfast was great. Highly recommended.

Stayed here 3 times before a cruise out of Port Canaveral. It is easy to get to the port from here.

The front desk was amazing, very friendly and informative. Very clean, but under renovation so kind of loud in the morning. Overall, we would definitely stay there again.

这家酒店需要翻新。地毯很脏，摸起来也很脏。所有东西都过时了。由于使用了Canary系统，我被重复收费了。丹妮尔真是我的救星，她耐心倾听，并帮我解决了重复收费的问题。这确实很不方便，因为我当天就要出发去坐游轮了，幸好不用依赖那笔钱（196.15美元和264.15美元）。她的一些同事应该向她学习。再次感谢丹妮尔（又名玛丽）:-)。不推荐这家酒店，跟我以前住过的其他假日酒店完全不一样。
