Staff were very nice and friendly. Good location. Rooms were nice. Food was ok in restaurant but not a lot of choices.

Everything was great. Room was clean. Check in easy and fast.
Only concern was GPS took us to another hotel. Couple in front of us had the same thing happen. J

The water stopped working when I was getting ready to check out. And that lasted at least an hour. Never got to check out and then someone walked in my room unannouced. They must have thought that I left the room, but I had a late check out/ Reminder to self, put that extra lock on because you and the person may have the shock of their life. Unfortunately I have been there before and the food and service was not the best. I went back because I loved the balcony view

坐迪斯尼邮轮推荐的酒店，完全是便捷酒店无服务，非常普通。
大部分员工都很棒。工作日早餐服务员很棒。维护主管Terry也很棒。前台染了红头发的女士服务态度很好……设施达不到希尔顿的标准。停车场空了四分之三还收停车费，简直是侮辱。酒保偷偷把一杯酒的7美元小费加到账单里，我们竟然没有收据证明！
每个人都很友善，餐厅也棒极了。谢谢你们让我度过了一个美好的感恩节。
