Room in poor condition as shower did not work.
Staff very cooperative but none seemed to be native English speakers and occasionally difficult to communicate.
Restaurant recommendation was outstanding.

Check-in clerk was sweet, and helpful and provided us with an early check-in after a long trip, the room was also spacious. We also appreciated the shuttle service to the airport... however our room smelt terrible, we weren't able to get a new room and it wasn't very clean. They did provide us with some Febreze and glade plug-ins which did help a bit. The breakfast was just "OK" and the shuttle driver didn't seem happy with his tip and made it kinda awkward by standing over us waiting for more money after drop off.

A/C did not work the best in most the rooms. Needed to get new pillow cases as they were dirty. Understaffed at the front and took forever to just ask a question. Pool area and lobby were nice to hang out with family.

Room was very clean, bed was comfortable..but room was hot. They keep the thermostat set at 74...called the front deck...no solution. Unacceptable for a south Florida hotel.

The convenience of this location was amazing for both long term parking as well as getting to and from the airport. The room and hallway to the 3rd floor had an animal smell to it. None of the other floors had this smell. The room and stay other than that was great!

The only problem was the dishwasher had about 1inch of water in the bottom and we couldn’t use it.
You had to be a member for a free water upon check in.
It was being sold to us for $1.50 each right beside checkin

仔细检查一下房间。我们的房间不干净，毛巾有限，尤其是在泳池边，床也不舒服。工作人员很有礼貌，乐于解答问题。
酒店位置极佳，方便去劳德代尔堡机场接家人。而且酒店还包含早餐。
