Had an issue where room next door was cranking music at 430am. At 530 I asked desk to address it. They did nothing. So I paid for a sleepless night. I get that stuff happens but very frustrating that the hotel did nothing to make it right.

Had to knock on the staff door to get food service worker out of the back after waiting for 10 minutes for someone to come help me.

Staff was extremely friendly and responsive. Breakfast was AMAZING! Only issue was toilet handle was messed up.

Very nice, very modern, very clean! No complaints from our family. We loved the size of our double queen room. It allowed our family of 5 to have plenty of space and relax comfortably.

Rooms are excellent size butb that was expected. We were expecting at least two bottles of water bottles in each room which is very common these days.
