I usually stay at this property with my family . However this stay I had a horrible experience with the front desk staff . I will not be returning after being treat so poorly.

The staff was ok not great disrespectful at a time. My kids room had ants in it they sprayed some plant stuff but didn’t care my floor was dirty. We asked for a microwave never got it. The view was beautiful

Breakfast was ok. The staff was overwhelmed and the waitress couldn’t hide her annoyance when asked for items.
The fire-pit was nice. We were enjoying it but the maintenance person came around and shut it off without a word which was a little off putting.
Emily at check in was great.

很棒的酒店。地理位置极佳,房间视野很好。工作人员非常友善、乐于助人且专业。餐厅很不错,食物也很美味。一切都很满意。
要求了叫醒服务,结果没收到。本来以为能看到海景,结果看到的是停车场。接待的年轻女士看起来完全不在乎。没接到叫醒电话,而且房间电话也打不通前台。
位置很好,房间也很宽敞。总的来说,是一次很棒的体验。
