It was little bit dusty and the headboard are not thoroughly wiped off per se. I have to wiped it off with lysol wipes.

Construction was taking place inside the hotel right down the hallway from my room. This caused a noise factor for the first two days stay. The construction crew set off the file alarm that took forever to stop. Siren were right in from of my room. Other than these issues, it was a good experience.

Location of the hotel is great. The staff is friendly. Its extremely clean and beds are comfortable. WARNING toilets are toddle size if you dont get a handicap room also plan on eating breakfast at a local restaurant. The hot breakfast is AWEFUL unless you like and making your own waffle.

The breakfast was standard fare for hotel complimentary breakfast. I appreciated the 24 hour coffee service. Otherwise, the hotel was clean and the room was clean and comfortable. Five minute walk to public beach, but a 5 minute drive to the state park with a much nicer and larger beach. Back Porch restaurant a 3 minute walk away which was excellent. Overall the Hampton is a great value for the area. Staff friendly and professional.
