The hotel is bright and clean. Felt safe staying there, even though I was traveling solo. My room was spotless. Friendly staff.

The room was fine except when I tried to turn on the heat (as the temperatures had dropped) a very odd smell of smoke came out of the unit so I turned it off.

Breakfast area & tables were kept clean even through peak time.
Common areas clean. Fitness room & equipment great. Had Wifi issues but were promptly handled.
Always love the pool.
Room 400 was bad for garbage pickup noise at 5:45 am. It happened Friday and Monday mornings.

Very clean room and common areas- staff was great! Location is perfect for a variety of restaurants, groceries, and gas. Definitely stay here again!

The premium outlet shopping mall is very close. The pool was super clean and refreshing. Did not care for the room air freshener scent. Breakfast was hot and varied as i was there for 3days. Nice property.

我们入住的第一晚和第二天早上都没有热水。我升级到了按摩浴缸套房，但由于热水问题无法使用。不幸的是，我是通过*******预订的，而不是直接在希尔顿官网预订，所以他们无法退款。他们提出退还一晚的积分，但我仍在等待积分反映在我的希尔顿应用程序上。
房间很干净，但是淋浴水温要么温吞吞的，要么烫得要命，没有中间温度。地毯也很糟糕。早餐种类很少，而且很普通。我以前住过汉普顿酒店，这也是我选择这家酒店的原因之一，结果非常失望。最后只能在外面吃饭。完全达不到希尔顿的标准。
马桶把手坏了，水一直流个不停。百叶窗也坏了，很难拉上拉下。这房间绝对不值140美元以上！
