Room was dirty, hair in shower, dirt on beds. No one at front desk all evening had to ring a bell to ask a question or purchase drinks/snacks. Tried to voice concerns and they walked away mid sentence.

We stayed for a weekend to visit our son at Missouri s & t. Everything was clean, comfortable and updated. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was way above most hotel breakfasts. We will stay there for every visit while he is in school there.

We've stayed at several Holiday Inn Express Hotels over the years and it's one of my go-tos because they are normally reasonably priced for what you get and they are all pretty consistent.
The staff was nice and very accommodating when I asked to have a high room (only 3 floors).
However the ride up was a little nerve wracking. The elevator sounds and feels like it's going to breakdown or drop mid ride. We almost took the stairs a couple of times.
Then the room itself just smelled awful. A combination of wet carpet and feet smell. The hallway to the room didn't smell much better either.

Bed was uncomfortable, some of the staff there wasn’t friendly; mainly evening staff. Never enough towels stocked in the room. Breakfast was “ok”.

Last Minute - No Shuttle Available
Planned for shuttle service to the airport. Arrived in the lobby only to find out the driver did not show up so we had no right to the airport. Had to pay for an Uber. Would not stay here again.

Our visit this time to Holiday Inn express for Rolla was good. The bed was a bit lumpy. But overall, it was clean and spacious.

Craig and all the staff were so accommodating and helpful. The place was very clean, breakfast was great, and it was an overall great stay.
