The hotel is amazing. All of the restaurants and attractions close by plus the light show done nightly on the hour was amazing.

Amazing-Kind- Luxurious
Everyone was incredible, all staff was really friendly. We stayed for the Adam Sandler concert and it was a short walk over to the Enterprise Center. We also were comped a really nice breakfast because of a slight issue with our keys that was easily fixed. Amazing time!

The hotel was beautiful, and the staff was wonderful, friendly and helpful. We came for a concert not too far away and it worked out perfectly.

The area has lots of options and the properties are beautiful. I was disappointed that the wayer lagoon didn't have the fire show. Signs saying something would have been helpful.

I didn’t feel safe outside the “compound” of the hotel…. But with that being said, i felt perfectly safe within the area of the hotel where there is security, the aquarium, Ferris wheel, and other fun things within the fenced perimeter..

Disappointed Stay
Pictures when booking did not match the room we paid extra for. The room was smelled when we entered and had to air it out. No notice that the lobby was going to be closed for an event and couldn’t enjoy the atmosphere. This is a great location for a hockey/soccer game but extremely overpriced for what we got. Will not stay again when you can somewhere less expensive and pay for parking.

The rooms were very dirty and smell like cigarettes when you are in a no smoking room. No bathroom vents. That is probably the worst part about the stay. Also they only give you two towels for a whole weekend for two people. Not thinking you may need an extra it’s something so or you want an extra towel for your hair. I’ve never been to a hotel that is so stingy on towels. You literally pay for the atmosphere and that is a value the rest is terrible. I felt like I paid the most I’ve never paid for a hotel and got the dirtiest smallest room.

This was my first time staying here. I stayed in the clock tower. The hotel and room were excellent. The hotel is very beautiful and convenient with a market area for coffee and restaurants. The light show in the lobby is just gorgeous!
Room was very clean and spacious
The staff was so professional and friendly. I was extremely impressed how friendly everyone was. And that includes hotel cleaning staff and front desk. I definitely will stay here again. I highly recommend this hotel as your first choice when visiting St Louis!
