The rooms were clean, the staff was smiling and helpful at checkin and also at breakfast. One of the staff went out of their way to help get my daughter a cinnamon roll just to see my daughter smile. Will return.

We really liked the Residence Inn of Springfield. It was a very nice property. The rooms we had were very roomy and clean. The property was well taken care of and in a great location! The staff was nice and easy to work with. It is a comfortable place to stay!

Phenomenal Breakfast
I enjoyed our stay at the Residence Inn. Overall it was comfortable, quiet and clean. This would be a great place for those who needed to be close to the hospital. Otherwise it is in a busy location. The breakfast was the best I’ve ever had. The meal included scrambled eggs, quiche, oatmeal, sausage and all of the usual like pastries and cereal. The staff kept the area clean and refilled.

Our stay was for 3 nights. We had a 2 room suite. The first night was just fine, then we got up the next morning to find our room (kitchen area, all along the wall and over to the balcony was crawling with Ants. They sent maintenance up very quickly. He was appalled and action happened fast. They brought up luggage racks and moved all of our stuff to another room. We would stay here again, it was a nice room and it was clean, the ants seem to be coming from the dishwasher area. The hotel it's self was also clean and nice. Breakfast was OK, nothing great but good enough to feed our family of 5. Just basic stuff. Easy HWY access to get on 65 south into Branson.

This was a perfect room for my husband and I, and our toddler! We stayed three nights and have no complaints! Huge room, comfy bed, stocked kitchen, utensils, and friendly staff!
