真是个错误!泳池是用混凝土覆盖的。网站上的描述不准确,误导人!炎炎夏日,真是令人大失所望。隔壁酒店的泳池优惠不实用。预订价格与实际入住价格不符。据说押金可以退,结果却什么也没发生。所以,事后处理起来也很麻烦。以后再也不来这家酒店了。
每天早上我都会被客房服务人员在我房间外大声的谈话声吵醒。我说每天早上都是这样,一点也不夸张。有天早上我甚至从我的猫眼往外看,发现其中一名工作人员靠在我的门上,大声地谈话。他们的谈话声非常大,你在外面都能听到。正因为如此,我在这里从来没有睡好过。我在 Motel 6 有过更好的体验,但那些体验从来都不好。好的一面是房间很干净,所以至少他们知道如何在大声喧哗和打扰睡眠的同时打扫房间。我再也不会住在这个地方了。附近还有很多其他不错的选择。
费尔菲尔德酒店
员工很好,酒店有点旧了。有些插座坏了,给我的科技产品充电很困难。浴室的通风口听起来像一辆抛锚的卡车。早餐中我唯一想吃的就是煮熟的食物和华夫饼。
我们很喜欢 Sylvia 的同事。她态度非常积极,客户服务也非常出色。
我们对浴室和房间的清洁度有疑问。浴缸太碍事了。我再也不会住在这里了。
服务差,缺乏关怀
我们一家四口预订了一晚住宿。我们额外付了两张大床。当我们到达那里时,酒店已经超额预订,把我们全部安排在了一张特大号床卧室,没有其他房间或退款选择。他们没有为他们的错误或对我们的舒适度的担忧道歉。对他们来说,我们不过是一张钞票而已。

浴室里没有护发素或洗发水。房间非常潮湿、发霉,而且有异味。空调效果不佳。
很多东西都破损、脏兮兮。我和我们预订的另外 2 间客房都存在问题。
