酒店回复: As I responded on your other low reviews you left on us, I do apologize you staying with us while you were sick, being sick away from home can make a stay miserable all by itself! I am sorry the bed didn't meet your expectations, but I can tell you the room you stayed in we have special requests that our returning guests be put back into that room because they love the bed! As I also mentioned before our whole town was out of internet and cable with the provider we go through. Luckily we still had internet at hotel due to we do go through another provider for that, but cable we had no control over with it being a whole town outage. I hope you are feeling better and you have a wonderful day!

I stay at this location at least 4 times a year and this time has been the worst. The first night we got there the fridge in the room the door was broke we went to the front desk to advise and also told them the room was very dirty hair in the tub, bathroom counter gross stuff on the mirror etc. nothing was done about it

Found mold on the ceiling in room 409 then the toilet seat split in half and ended up in the toilet . Seth was fantastic and relocated us to 406

I don’t like that housekeeping doesn’t get to the room. I don’t like having to go to the desk to get clean towels. I’ve stayed here many times and at least half of the time this happens. Hire more housekeeping staff.
