唯一令人失望的是浴室水槽水龙头几乎伸不进水槽。洗手时,我们的手会碰到水槽背面才能进入水下。如果这样做,水会积聚在台面上并流到电子设备上(安全隐患)。我们不得不在水龙头周围放一块抹布或毛巾来防止水积聚。
除此之外,住宿非常棒。床很舒服,一切都很干净,工作人员热情好客。而且,酒店距离商店和餐馆仅几步之遥。如果水龙头修好了,我们会再来的。
房间很棒。白班员工很棒。夜班员工向我收取的费用是应收金额的两倍。我必须等待 7 个工作日才能拿回我的钱。这太令人沮丧了。
前排座位的人不太友好。食物准备区的人非常友好
住 1-2 晚还可以,但是我不喜欢游泳池,因为没人用,而且游泳池的过滤器甚至没有打开,所以我决定不自己使用它,以免感染任何东西。
可能不会再来了。3 晚住宿收费过高,却没有人关心这个错误。看来我需要追究他们的责任,纠正他们的错误。没有什么比糟糕的客户服务更糟糕的了!
