Placed us surrounded by wedding party block rooms which had people slamming doors and drunkenly running around talking loudly till 2am.

Staff was not very welcoming, room was not ready when it was check in time, staff member opened the door when we were taking a nap, the electricity went out for at least an hour at night, they did not have a luggage cart available when it was time to checkout. worst stay ever…

The room smelled like urine , and so did the whole 9th floor. We started sneezing the moment we got in . The shower had someone else's hair and the paint was coming off. There was a piece of the wall missing. Only reason why we didn't ask to be moved it's because we were exhausted.

Metropolitan hotels are often a dime-a-dozen. This one distinguishes itself because it’s Southern, through and through, from the lovely greetings offered by the doormen to the servers at breakfast.
The beautiful view from our balcony facing the Mississippi River only added to the hotel’s appeal.

The staff was courteous. Parking a big truck was an inconvenience & pricey. Room was not the best. Sheets were dirty, white powder on counter, no hot water the first night, room service was way too high, cleaning staff was too noisy the next morning & $16 for a drink at the bar…come on! Hotel was too expensive not to do better!

Downtown hotel - did not see pets
Most parking is “valet” however we parked in a for fee parking lot directly across from hotel.
$63 for 48 hours. I thought it was a bit over-priced.

Room was not ready even though we arrived at 2 pm. I understand that check-in is not until 3 pm, but when guests arrive early they should be prioritized. There were only 4 small towels in the bathroom, no wash cloths or big towels. Besides those things, the hotel was great.

前台的人歧视中国人！我定的行政河景双人间，给了我最基本的房间，还告诉我就是我定的。通过40多分钟的交涉让我在房间等，下去去给我换个房间。在房间里又等了半个多小时，迟迟不见有人上来。打前台电话，前台说不知道。然后我们下楼打算去前台理论。刚一下楼前台一脸坏笑的把房卡给了我们。满脸的傲慢，嚣张，瞧不起中国人！那种感觉就像是说“就是故意玩你们，你能把我怎么样”！整体体验太差了。我从不给差评，这是我第一次！
非常干净整洁，服务也很友好。治疗效果好，响应迅速。
