There was a lot of noise coming from the air vents and it was making a clunking noise that keep us up all night long. We didn't have a garbage can in our bathroom. Other than that the place was very nice. Great location from everything. The bar and food was very nice. Everyone who helped us was very welcome and polite.

Wonderful!!!
We drove in all night on our way back to Houston from Birmingham through a storm and the hotel lost power but the reception was so helpful and welcoming. Got us in our room so we could rest up and head home.

Property itself is beautiful- noise level is crazy. Slamming of doors when other guests leave their room, or cleaning next day if staying for long period of time. Call girls were obvious in their presence on the property. I had a river view room that I was so excited for to see the sunset… well the window was filthy and killed any view I had. Not worth the money paid for. Also NO parking must pay to park in addition to cost of room.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. The hotel was in a convenient location for the concert we attended. We also enjoyed the tunnel. Two employees there made it a great night, Chandler the bartender and the host Mikelyn. Mikelyn assisted me with making sure my husbands birthday experience a wonderful evening. She said, "I take birthdays serious." She was amazing and so kind! Please let her know that Ms. Harris really appreciate her and enjoyed everything. I liked the text messages I would randomly receive to check on me during my stay. Next time I'll be sure to get a river view. The city view was not appealing with that run down parking garage as our view. The valet attendees were very nice! The bed was comfortable and I liked the complimentary bath gel. It had a unique unisex smell. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

I mean its downtown BR, you get to be right by the river if you feel like going for a run its perfect but also like two blocks away there are like a group of homeless just chilling outside the starbucks. The hotel is nice though and would definitely stay there again. Staff was super helpful and understanding especially on a LSU home game weekend.

前台的人歧视中国人！我定的行政河景双人间，给了我最基本的房间，还告诉我就是我定的。通过40多分钟的交涉让我在房间等，下去去给我换个房间。在房间里又等了半个多小时，迟迟不见有人上来。打前台电话，前台说不知道。然后我们下楼打算去前台理论。刚一下楼前台一脸坏笑的把房卡给了我们。满脸的傲慢，嚣张，瞧不起中国人！那种感觉就像是说“就是故意玩你们，你能把我怎么样”！整体体验太差了。我从不给差评，这是我第一次！
