I had an issue cancelling the room and couldn’t a refund. I will not be recommending ******* to any one I know. I felt completely ripped off!

1) first hotel I’ve ever stayed in that charged for parking, over $11 dollars a day. 2) they also charge $6.95/day resort fee. This place doesn’t resemble a resort so I don’t know what that was for. There was nothing on ******* that said anything about these two charges so it was an unpleasant surprise. These items were charged separately from *******. 3) The maid left cleaning supplies in the bathroom every day. One day the toilet brush was left on the counter in the bathroom near our toothbrushes. 4) the coffee maker in the room never worked the three days we were there

Check-in was generally smooth and hassle-free, with staff efficiently handling the process. However, upon entering our room, we discovered that the beds were unclean, stained with suspicious fluids that appeared to be unwashed bedding or bodily fluids, which was very disturbing. We immediately called room service to request a bed change, and they responded promptly. The decor of the room also appeared outdated, with old, faded furniture and peeling wallpaper, giving the space a neglected appearance. The breakfast offerings were disappointing; the food was bland, lacking flavor, and served cold. On the first morning, there was no breakfast available at all, and on the second morning, the breakfast was poorly prepared and also cold. Additionally, the front desk was staffed by an older woman who was not friendly and seemed to have a dismissive attitude, which detracted from the overall experience. Considering the amount paid for the stay, I expected much higher standards of cleanliness, service, and amenities. Due to these issues, I will not be returning to this hotel location and cannot recommend it to others.

Good location close to LSU campus. This is an older hotel but has been kept up and renovated nicely. I always feel safe and the property is well staffed.

My stay was awesome. Great location, good amenities great service, clean rooms, and comfortable beds. Food and entertainment is walking distance away.

Came out from California to watch LSU & Texas A&M football game. It was a great time & I hope to be back & will definitely be staying here again.

Great hotel! We were visiting our son at LSU. We were close to campus snd many restaurants were within walking distance. The bar at the hotel was great too!

The property upkeep was OK. The cleanliness was fine. The furniture mirrors and some items were worn out and dated in the hotel room. The reservation staff was rude and abrupt. Reservation was made already through ******* with payment at the hotel set up. I was called prior to stay to pay for my reservation, even though it wasn’t part of the original reservation. It made me give me my credit card number over the phone. Very uncomfortable and unprofessional in my opinion.
酒店前台服务热情友好。不过，住宿体验仍有一些提升空间。房间本身看起来感觉像是“局部清洁”过，空调运转不正常，四部电梯中至少有一部在整个入住期间都无法使用（每部电梯只能容纳4-5人，非常不方便），而且对于一家早餐额外收费的酒店来说，早餐的选择实在是太少太少了。
预订的是两张双人床。
不得不订两间房，因为他们只有一张特大床。
