The staff was personable and extremely kind and helpful with every question or task I had. The rooms smelled of mildew and mold, which there was, in room 204. We had to go out and buy febreeze plug ins just to be able to bear it. The breakfast looked great but the pancakes were not cooked and the cinnamon rolls tasted off. The room was ok, until I found things that previous guests had left. That shows me that cleaning isn’t very thorough. Makeup utensils on the floor by the chair, used napkins in the ice bucket wasn’t exactly a fun find. I slept on top of the sheets after that because I didn’t feel comfortable knowing that cleanliness wasn’t a top priority. I honestly don’t want to pay for these rooms. The front desk staff was awesome, your problem seems to lie in housekeeping.

Arrived to dirty room hadn’t been cleaned. Had to be moved, no towels and heater was old and took an hour to get warm. Not enough towels empty hand cleaners in bathroom. Rotten doors. Breakfast not full broken pancake maker, only eggs and biscuits with gravy and coffee to offer. This place is no Holiday Inn. Maybe something before and switched name.

We booked a room with 1 king bed. Received a room with 2 doubles. Thermostat is broken, so cannot adjust room temperature. Disappointed!!!

Stayed for 2 nights, room wasn't refreshed after check in. We had to go get clean linen, kleenex and toilet paper

When we arrived at the property we found out that there was no hot tub like advertised. We did not end up staying due to this issue.

Hot tub on the website doesn't exist. Breakfast was poorly made. Had to go to front desk to get towels for our room. AC didn’t stay on through the night.

This hotel is subpar. The outside property is not well kept at all and the lobby area looks well-worn. The remodeled room was a pleasant surprise. There was plenty of space in the 2-bed room. However, we had a connecting room and could hear the next door conversations loud and clear. Overall, it’s probably okay for an overnight stay but will not be our “go-to” hotel in Lincoln.
