Staff was courteous, enjoyed the breakfast options and allowed to check in early.
Person who cleaned our room didn’t leave clean washcloths, didn’t replace our trash in the kitchen, didn’t take the dirty dish towels and didn't sweep the bathroom floor.

The first day was clean. But nobody came to clean our room. Yesterday when we told them they can come back to clean it when we left to go get dinner. But overall it was a good hotel to stay at.

The staff were amazing! The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. The breakfast was very good. The hotel was in a great location, walking distance to most things.

Our room received no housekeeping services, we had to call for towels, garbage removal and cleaning. After calling we were brought towels and toilet paper and headed a garbage bag and had to change the bag ourselves and keep the garbage bags in our room for 4 days. It was very disappointing
When asked about housekeeping service I was just told they didn’t know why our room wasn’t cleaned and offered no explanation We were just supposed to deal with it.
We had 2 bathrooms in a suite and ran out of toilet paper.
When we asked about ice machines we were directed where they were but no ice came out so we had no ice for our coolers or drinks
This was the most disappointing stay at a Hilton I have had as a rewards member

The breakfast has subpar option. Also have to pay $15 per night for parking. The beds were also quite hard.
