Room was clean, staff were responsive and pleasant. Best part was the breakfast and made to order omelettes, the cook/chef did a great job.

The pull out couch was broken. The laundry room only had one working set of machines and they were blocked by a table. Employees on cell phone in cooking area. No room service worked. Parking gates didn’t work. I did speak to the hotel and they did apologize. They said they will correct the issues. They did compensate me with some points to apologize.

The hotel room was clean. The common areas in the hotel were huge. It was easy to get around. Breakfast was good. There were a few things I wish were better though:
The parking is across the street from the hotel in the back of the building. Not terrible, but a little inconvenient.
The bathrooms feel like they could be updated. I have a better shower at home.
Lastly, the pool could be bigger for the size of hotel it is, but then again, at least it has a pool.

Room was clean and nice. Public areas need a good cleaning. Especially the breakfast and reception area. The staff is top notch and very accommodating. Seems like management is just lacking of having attention to detail.

Family friendly
My family and I absolutely love this hotel. There’s plenty of space for us all. The breakfast is such an awesome part. It’s always such a good stay anytime we’re there.

Over all it was a great experience staying there. I was not happy that the room was not exactly what I reserved. We asked several time for wash cloths and on the last night they finally arrived. The phone in the room did not work.
Being close to the old market was perfect for not having to worry about parking and able to enjoy walking around.

离奥马哈火车站很近的汽车旅馆（就大小而言）。工作人员有点冷淡，服务设施基本，早餐也很简单。不过整体来说还是令人满意的！
让我不满的是，下午4点的时候，酒店打电话来确认我是否能继续履行我的预订。当然可以，但我之前被告知入住时间要到下午4点。最重要的是，下午4点打电话的时候，我告诉她我在丽晶酒店，她却对从道奇到莱文沃思的交通要道上的施工情况只字未提。
