On my first day, the tub was filthy, and dirty, it looked like it hadn’t even been cleaned in for some time. The second time I stayed here, which was a day later, I had hoped it would better, instead the bathroom had a loud humming sound that could be heard with the door closed. Since I checked in at midnight and just come from a 13hr ride, I didn’t feel like challenging it.

The elevator didn’t work.
There was no food service. The person at the restaurant said “we don’t have food because everything is locked and we can’t find the key”.
In the morning it took them a long time to come out to the bar to sell a coffee.
In general they all seem annoyed to serve. On the good side the hotel was clean.

工作人员非常友好,但我们入住的房间与广告宣传的完全不符。门框上的油漆剥落,浴室里腐烂的木头被油漆覆盖,底部部分裸露在外;空调外机的罩子除了一个角以外,其他地方都没有固定在墙上;电梯旁铺着地毯的走廊里有一滩水(直径约90厘米),我不得不提醒工作人员;在我们离开期间,清洁人员来整理床铺后,我发现卫生纸和毛巾都用完了,我不得不主动索要。这家酒店显然存在维护问题,我以后很可能不会再入住。我陪着年迈的母亲来这里探望亲戚,这是她最后一次来这里。我们预订的是带淋浴间的房间,但酒店却给了我们一个浴缸,我母亲根本无法使用。浴室里有漏水造成的损坏,至今仍未更换。房间里的沙发非常不舒服。第二天早上以及接下来的几天,我们每天都要求换房间,但都被告知没有空房(即使已经有人退房了)。网站上说提供免费早餐,但这是假的——早餐是有的,但是要收费……而且价格不便宜(只供应到早上9:30)。唯一能喝到的咖啡是星巴克,也要收费。我没有使用游泳池或热水浴缸,所以无法评价。
