工作人员非常友好，但我们入住的房间与广告宣传的完全不符。门框上的油漆剥落，浴室里腐烂的木头被油漆覆盖，底部部分裸露在外；空调外机的罩子除了一个角以外，其他地方都没有固定在墙上；电梯旁铺着地毯的走廊里有一滩水（直径约90厘米），我不得不提醒工作人员；在我们离开期间，清洁人员来整理床铺后，我发现卫生纸和毛巾都用完了，我不得不主动索要。这家酒店显然存在维护问题，我以后很可能不会再入住。我陪着年迈的母亲来这里探望亲戚，这是她最后一次来这里。我们预订的是带淋浴间的房间，但酒店却给了我们一个浴缸，我母亲根本无法使用。浴室里有漏水造成的损坏，至今仍未更换。房间里的沙发非常不舒服。第二天早上以及接下来的几天，我们每天都要求换房间，但都被告知没有空房（即使已经有人退房了）。网站上说提供免费早餐，但这是假的——早餐是有的，但是要收费……而且价格不便宜（只供应到早上9:30）。唯一能喝到的咖啡是星巴克，也要收费。我没有使用游泳池或热水浴缸，所以无法评价。
由于万怡酒店已超员，我们被安排到隔壁的 Residence Inn。当时是凌晨 1:30。
我们预订了一间双人床房，但不得不换成单人床，因为 Residence Inn 只剩下一张单人床。我们不得不换了三次房间。第一个房间有臭虫，第二个房间有非常响亮的哔哔声，第三个房间还算可以接受。
总体而言，我们的体验有很多不足之处。
和几个朋友一起在这里观看大学橄榄球比赛，住得很棒！浴室经过翻新，房间夜间降温效果很好，空调很棒！床超级舒服！
作为最近暴风雨的疏散地点，这里对我们来说很方便，但我们不喜欢住在残疾人客房。
房间干净、整洁，酒店位置优越，工作人员非常细心。
