The motel is under renovation. Smelled a little paint but not bad. I appreciate the updates and the fact they are still keeping the motel as clean as possible

Sad Hilton family property
They are obviously remodeling. Had I known that when I made the reservation I would have stayed elsewhere. This is not a room up to Hilton standards. I could have stayed at Motel 6 and had a similar room.
Bedspread old, looks worn and doesn’t fit the bed.
Curtains were old, had holes and were off the rod.
Door stop was not screwed on tight.
Plugs in bathroom didn’t hold the plug to dry my hair.
Shower door obviously removed and replaced with a curtain that hung on the floor of the shower 5 inches
All signs were on the floor in the hallway.
Outside door next to our room let us out but key didn’t work to get back in.
All the baseboards were removed in all the hallways.

Ideally Hamptons are kinda upersce but this one was kind not up to par I do realize they are in remodeling stage but the rooms just did look very outdated I paid more to stay at the Hampton because of the quality I was kind of disappointed for the price I paid and the room I got the staff was excellent. It was just say I guess they have not remodeled the rooms yet. that’s all I hope they do so

We had not been told that the hotel was being renovated. The QR code and advertisements of amenities did not align with availability.
Staff were kind but did not realize that the in room QR code did not reflect what was available at their facility.

Great and friendly customer service! The hotel was in the midst of some updates but nothing that interrupted our stay. Would stay again!

I gave an average for construction still being done and signs not being up. Other than that, service was excellent with very friendly and ready to help staff. One of the best hotel breakfast services I’ve had.

Under renovation and left with dirty piles of materials everywhere, very poor appearance and smell, key cards did not work multiple times. A/c not working. Unfriendly staff. Not worth half the price! I will never take Hampton Inn quality for granted again.
