The 1st night was great. Breakfast food could have more selections. We didn't know that we could leave our towels at the room door. We took them to the front desk for clean towels..... They had no clean towels. We were told that we had to wait and they would bring them to our room. That NEVER HAPPENED. ALSO THE HOUSEKEEPER DID NOT KNOCK OR SAY HOUSEKEEPING...... SHE JUST WALKED IN ON US. THAT WAS SO DISRESPECTFUL.

Air conditioning was good. The breakfast was a little greasy. Could've had better choices. The bedroom had a weird smell, the hot water wasn't that hot, we didn't get our room clean the next day, and one of the elevators wasn't working the whole time for our stay.

Vacuum, clean toilets had a dirty ring around it, dusty, dirty stained towels, no place to charge iPhone- all broken.

super friendly/easy check in/out. large room. clean/comfortable.nice breakfast/coffee. only complaint was the bathroo. sliding batn door was stuck in closed position by the ironing board and took a bit to get it unstuck...glad i wasnt by myself! and bathroom barn door wouldnt close 100% leaving a 8" gap with door open

Our room was very comfortable. Ashley, the hostess of the breakfast room was awesome! She made us grits the first day and scrambled eggs the second day. Neither were on that days menu.
Plenty of hot water for showers although the shower head was so far out my reach, I couldn't change the spray angle!
Plenty of parking.
We had a super weekend.

One night stay for a concert. Ashley in the breakfast area was so sweet and helpful. Pillows aren’t my favorite and you can tell there is some age with the building in the bathroom specifically but everything worked good.
Would definitely stay again

Chris at the front desk was amazing and super helpful. Comfortable room - bed - WiFi is sus and you shouldn’t have to pay extra for good WiFi now a days especially when paying $150 per night in a non vacation resort area. Loved the hotel outside of WiFi

The Hampton Inn was a very good experience as the staff were very helpful and accommodating throughout. Beginning with those serving of breakfast cleaning the rooms and welcoming are checking out at the desk. All were well trained, and very efficient in their duties. Particularly of note was the work of Eric at the front desk on check-in. He was professional, personal and use good judgment and common sense and getting the six of us signed in. He is a real credit to the hotel and the Hampton company. I would expect a group to return in the future for another one of our meetings.
