Upon entering the lobby, we were not greeted by the 3 staff members at the front desk who continued their conversation and made us wait to be served. They were not friendly when we were attended to, and the clerk was particularly negative about our booking through a third party. She said I wouldn't get a receipt, she couldn't give me hotel points, nor could she help with a question I had because I had not booked through Marriott.
I had to put a $20.00 "deposit" on my credit card for incidentals (like what?? no food or drink in the fridge, no way to make a LD phone call!!) that I have not received a credit back for.
Breakfast (which I paid for) was higher than the posted fees on the menu, menu selections had substitutions we did not want nor could eat, and again the staff person was slow and obviously not happy to be working! Bland food and not worth the money or the wait!! Debacle.
After this unpleasant experience, my husband and I will probably stick with IHG hotels, and the third party booking issue is concerning, since we travel a great deal for business and pleasure, and use online booking.

The management and staff were professional, friendly, and responsive to my needs. The hotel did have a washer and dryer for the customers but they required $2.00 in quarters for washing and $2.00 in quarters for drying. The front desk does not maintain any cash. Since the hotel staff isn't allowed to maintain coins on hand. I recommend replacing those appliances with ones that accept credit and bank cards.

The chemical smell of the product that we used in the room was overwhelming. I checked out an hour later and move to another hotel.

I was only there to spend the night before catching an early morning flight. The bed was very comfortable and the room was very clean.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. It looked like they were doing their best with the conditions. Room and bathroom were dirty. There was lots of mold and rust in the bathroom. Floor in the room was warped or uneven and this was supposed to be a handicap accessible room.

The staff never cleaned our room, we hand some dirty towels with hair on them and they were supposed to be clean. We had to ask for more towels. They left food in the refrigerator from the people before us the carpet wasn’t clean. The good thing the beds were clean. Thank you.

Hotel needs to go under full renovation
My family stayed here for 4 July weekend the carpets need to be shampooed or updated. You can smell the odor like mildew from the carpet being old and nasty. The bathrooms are outdated and need to be updated. The sinks in the bathroom is broken the pillows the bedding needs to be replaced. The pillows had an odor to. . The pillows had an odor to them. We went out and brought new pillows.
