I sincerely apologize that it was not available during your stay. All 3rd party sites were informed that we are under renovation and that our elevator is currently down. We also let guest know upon check-in and will gladly cancel their reservation free of charge if they would rather stay elsewhere. This was unfortunate and beyond our control. We have permanent stains from our previous oilfield group and are excited for our guest room renovation. I had a long day flying the night we arrived, the beds are so comfortable, it made up for the long travel day. Staff is excellent as always. We keep coming back, three years in a row, and we'll back in 2026.

I am a mobility handicapped veteran. We requested a Handicap Room. The one available was for hearing special needs and did not have a safe tub! When we turned on the sink dirty brown water came out but later cleared. Don’t stay here until 2026!
The lobby area and hallway was a mess. We were not informed of this when wemade the reservation!!!!

Our stay was disgustingly dirty and inconvenient.

We had to switch rooms because the AC.Was not working the second room that they give us the a c was not working good The bad tub was not clean. We had to use a towel to put our foot on it.

不过前台的女士人超级好。
我和家人在一次公路旅行中,把这家酒店当作短暂的停留。房间简直恶心极了。淋浴间的墙上粘满了头发,浴缸里似乎也沾满了污渍。折叠沙发上满是污渍。沙发床垫上一大片棕色污渍,床上用品里还有丙烯酸指甲油的痕迹。地毯被撕破了,染成了红色。浴室的镜子也裂了。墙上还挂着三个不同的耳环。
床单很干净,但这间“套房”里似乎只有床单被清洗过。

靠近机场很方便,接驳和出行都省心。房间安静整洁,床铺舒适。工作人员态度很好,服务到位。整体体验满意,是转机停留的好选择。
