Staff was not overly friendly and during the event I attending I was shocked to see deliveries being made through the crowds and not a back door. Very unprofe

Had a 45 minute wait for the room. Waited from 3-345 and was late to my event at 5 after I was able to shower and dress. I prepaid so it was surprising that a room wasn’t ready for me… I also felt trapped here because of the prepay I had no real choice but to be at the mercy of the hotel. Given the price I can’t see myself staying here again. The hotels response to the long wait was to give me a drink ticket and to ask me to wait at the bar… I’m a recovering alcoholic so it wasn’t very welcoming or an experience I’d want to put myself into again. If I was late checking out I’d be charged… the hotel was late to check in and there restoration effort was a drink ticket. If you can’t accommodate the stated check in time you shouldn’t falsely advertise that’s the checking time - or at least put a disclosure that you may need to wait for 3-4 for your room to be prepared, despite prepayment based on 3pm check in. I would have went to a hotel that would honor the 3pm check in so I could make my event. I’m really frustrated and exhausted with the added stress trying to frantically get ready and to the event on time.

酒店位置极佳,出行根本不需要开车。员工们都非常乐于助人、友善又专业。
酒店设施不错。空间足够大,环境也很干净。
可以远眺波特兰老港和海湾,位置还算不错,走到60号码头吃龙虾大概15分钟,缺点就是房间空调噪音大,其它都还行。
位置很好,出行方便。房间很干净,床和枕头睡着非常舒服。早餐挺不错的,员工服务也很好。
我原本担心在隆冬时节入住会很冷,但雪景映衬下的海景美不胜收,不虚此行。
酒店似乎去年翻新过,所以非常干净舒适,包括浴室在内。酒店还有一个恒温泳池(不过水有点冷,哈哈),还有很多长椅和桌子,所以即使在暴风雪中,我也能好好享受在酒店的时光。
我觉得酒店位于老港市中心的最西端,但由于老港是个小城,所以步行游览非常方便。
