Disappointing
The rooms were clean but the gym mats looked stained and gross. We have an electric car and there were no EV chargers on site nor did the staff know where chargers were located in the area. The bathroom was missing a shampoo bottle and lastly we paid over $700 for one night!

This is my second experience here at hotel and love that they allow early check-in which is great. Valet Parking is easy. Only downside is the Breakfast was a bit of a turn off, there was unkind bugs around the coffee crawling up the wall and no coffee in any of the canisters which was a sign.

We did not have tv from check in till the next full day. There was a problem with the wire from wall to tv. And when you get to a room you expect everything to be perfect. We did not notice the time on the clock. The clock was off by an hour. And because of that we missed our dinner reservation. First time I was unhappy about one of your properties.

The check in was rushed and no greeting when I walked in. Valet seemed bothered when I went to retrieve car. TV was not working , Chanel guide was blank so hard to watch when trying to relax at night. Gym was crowded every time I attempted to use.

This Hampton Inn is conveniently located near all the action and restaurants on Commercial St. We could walk EVERYWHERE --including beautiful Casco Bay! It's our favorite hotel in Portland!

A wonderful stay!
The room was very clean, quiet and comfortable. And the hotel is close to all waterfront where all the great restaurants are! A wonderful hotel!

酒店宣传说临水，但实际上并不是，而且员工有时也不是很乐于助人。
波特兰市中心非常破败不堪。晚上感觉很不安全。街上流浪的流浪汉太多了。那里光线昏暗，让人感觉很不安全。几乎没有警察巡逻……在市中心，你得时刻提防着周围的人。我们对波特兰市中心非常失望。更糟糕的是，40美元的停车费简直是敲诈。这个地方完全是在宰游客。
