AC was not working. Common areas are well worn. Room and bedding were very good and in-line with expectations for price and ratings.

The room was very clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Everything felt well taken care of, which made it a really pleasant experience.

Nice big rooms, great location. Service was top notch (only small complaint from all 6 of us girls, the lighting is not great)
Would definitely recommend and stay here again!

Not very clean
We stay at this hotel all of the time and it seems to be going downhill. The staff are friendly, but the rooms are poorly managed. There were fresh stains on the carpets, dust in a lot of places and the cleaners were not very good with out personal items.

我们被告知不能加婴儿床。火警警报响了足足半个小时，没人通知我们疏散，但我们只能听从警报。我们住的套房明明够住一个人，却被收取了额外费用。
房间很小，里面有一根粗大的柱子，沙发床很不舒服，床单也有异味，不过清洁工作做得很好。考虑到价格，五人入住却只有两小瓶水，咖啡也不够。
