All of the staff was friendly. We’ve stayed here before and keep coming back. The hotel is always seasonally decorated. The breakfast is filling and has lots of options. Room was clean and comfortable. The game room is always fun to play in.

The check in was fine, a bit of a wait but staff was polite. The microwave in our room was broken we called maintenance but nobody showed.

I didn't like the fact that despite me already paying for the room I'm advance they wanted an extra 149 and wouldn't take my business credit card. I had to use my personal account to cover damages.

This property needs a refresh - badly! The room was dark with inadequate lighting, dark decor, and really poor layout. If a third person stays, they have to go thru the bedroom to use the bathroom. There were only two (yes, two) tissues. The paper towels were cheap and ended up using quite a bit of the roll just to get them to tear off right. The desk had previous unwired spills. The water was excoriatingly hot. The bed was comfortable but they offer no king size. The thermostat setting on 70felt like 55, but increasing to 73 then felt like 80. The TVs kept giving us connection errors. Sorry to have stayed here - as Marriott shareholders this is very sad see a property in this state.

Was switched to three different rooms in my three week stay. Last room bathroom shower has broken cracked tiles that someone did a poor fix. The whole shower needs to be redone. The cabinets are worn out. The hotel needs to spend some time and unfortunately some money to remodel the rooms. Plus, they should have a dedicated floor where only animals that are with the residents stay as that is part of the issue with the rooms. The smell is musty mildewy and animal. People with allergies like myself had a hard time staying there. Very disappointed in my three week stay with them.
