Cooper was incredibly helpful-I had an unusual request and some regular requests and he helped to accommodate all of them without making me feel like a pain.

It was ok
When we got to the hotel we were informed that the pool was not in service (this is why we chose the hotel). The room was clean, although I went to brew a cup of coffee and there was a used pod in the machine. The breakfast had good options but some “hot” food was cold. Overall, it was a budget friendly hotel and the room was nice

Unhappy the pool was closed for renovations because the indoor pool is why we chose the hotel. The woman that was providing breakfast was phenomenal. Front desk clerk was good.

There was fire alarm issues the night of our arrival, but the staff was cautious enough to temporarily evacuate the place and have fire department evaluate the situation. Although to some, it might be an inconvenience, the staff's priority was the safety of its guests.
Julie from the day shift, working the breakfast buffet, was fantastic 😍😊 she greeted everyone with a smile and is always there to help.

Staff threatened and insulted us because we are canadians. Swearing and sceaming at us because we wanted towels
I want an apology for this insanity. You are in the hospitality business and we were treated with utter contempt. I need to speak with *******.

Always have a great stay here . The pillows are the best and Loved the new waffle maker at breakfast.
