There were water stains on the walls and stains on the bedding.
The tub faucet looked like it had never been wiped down ever…This is why I carried my own Clorox wipes.

Had to switch rooms because the initial room had no air and the TV did not work. It smelled very damp. In the second room, the TV never connected to the wi-fi and the elevator was incredibly slow. When I went to complain, there was no one available at the desk.

Just a few things. One why the elevator was not labeled lobby on it. The second floor is the lobby but you have a first floor. And the shower is a pull out nob but i had to call the front desk to fine that out. They need some kind of instructions in the bathroom. The front desk person Preston was great friendly helpful.

Do not stay here!!
We have stayed in many “business” hotels but this was the worst. We stayed at a Microtel thr night before and it was the Ritz compared to this run down mess of a hotel. Check in took 20 minutes and we were the only ones in the line. Hallway was gross and just an appetizer for the room. Walls were stained carpet was even grosser. Shoes on the whole time. Bed was clean so that was good but slept in my clothes. There are better options than this. Guaranteed.

Check in was efficient and service was good. Room and surrounding area was clean. There was a mini fridge but it didn’t get cold overall, it was a pleasant stay

My only downfall was the continental breakfast. It was not good!! It tasted like microwaveable turkey and pork sausage, egg and NO bacon. The fresh coffee and muffins were the best!!!The staff was great, especially the women who cleaned the breakfast area. She was so pleasant and had a good sense of humor. I will return back in the future.
