The room smelled when we went in like stale cleaning products I believe the beds and pillows need to be upgraded. Also, the front desk check in person, He was just lovely.

The room smelled musty, stains on the carpet, awkward layout for mini fridge and microwave. Bed was hard. Only 4 standard pillows for a king bed. No bathtub, just a shower.

Several dust balls on the ceiling of the room. It was not pleasant to watch the dust balls (Room number 203)

Then room was very clean but the bathroom sink leaked and the toilet was lose, it moved whenever you sat on it. The front desk person was not overly friendly, I asked for a bottle of water and she said she would put it on my room but I told her I was a Hilton member so she looked up my phone number and then said ok and gave it to me, it was just kind of rude.

Staff was courteous. Clean room, very nice.
Breakfast excellent.
I, always, stay at Hampton Inns. One thing I miss is the chicolate chip cookies, that Hampton In s used to have.🤗

AC did not keep temperature and when it kicked on was shockingly loud. Conditioner was empty which was a bad surprise once in the shower. Would not stay here again.

Checkin staff was very accommodating. Room was comfortable. Property showing its age in the room bathroom. Breakfast was ok. Coffee was good. Location is near stores and several restaurants.
