There was mold on the ceiling of the bathroom and stains all throughout the carpet of the room. When I notified the front desk, they did not offer to do anything about it, but rather wrote the manager's name on a card and told me to call the hotel manager when sometime the following week. This is inconsistent with the moto of the hotel. We felt very under appreciated, overlooked, and uncared for.

When checking in they did not have the rooms available. I rented two king suites and paid a premium for this selection. They only had two double bed standard rooms available. They still charged my credit card for the king suites. They told me that I would have to call the manager on Monday to discuss if I wanted any kind of refund. Very frustrating. My family and I were traveling with a two year old and needed the extra space for a crib, however the rooms were too small to accommodate a crib.
