The only issue was that the shade allowed too much light into the room. It was difficult to sleep with so much light at all times of the day/night, especially with all of the lights from vehicles going in and out of the mall being visible in the room.
The coffee was excellent!
It would be nice to have transportation going around the mall to places like Walmart or the various restaurants, and BWI airport pick-up/drop off.

Squeekyh clean, nice and wonderful!
The Hampton was great. From our reception at the front desk to the spacious room to the breakfast in the morning. We were so happy we could squeek!

The bed linen wasn't changed the 3 days I stayed. They only left one wash cloth the entire time. I inquired why they didn't change the sheets and was told you had to request them. I've never heard of this when staying in hotel's.

This is our third visit to Adrunal Mills for peace and quiet. We like Adrunal Mills due to the proximity to our home. And of course, all the shopping we want, ********, and the ease of getting around.

I left my bracelet in the room and the desk manager was not very helpful and passive in speaking with housekeeping until tomorrow. This is very disappointing since I know for a fact I left it in the room and forgot to put it on, rushing to the airport. This is very sntimental gift from my husband for our annivesary. I have contacted corporate.

We do apologize for our inability to investigate at the time of the call. For safety purposes the key for lost and found is secured in a safe within the housekeeping manager's office and cannot be accessed until the next day.Our housekeeping manager will be more than happy to review for lost items when contacted during the hours of 8am-4pm. We hope otherwise you enjoyed your stay and look forward to having you stay with us again in the future.
