AC wasn’t working very well at all, after the maintenance person “fixed” it. Rooms were clean, but we had a faucet leaking. Toilet had trouble flushing.
Staff was 5 stars though! The front desk and the women handling breakfast ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We stay here every year, for Thanksgiving and Christmas, to see family. The property is well maintained, nice breakfast, nice happy hour with bar and restaurant on property. A small fitness center, and a decent sized pool and hot tub.
The staff is always very nice, and the only minor complaint I could give is that the property should not dictate or override individual room comfort controls. In the winter, good luck cooling your room down.
Other than that, it’s walkable to a wide variety of restaurants, stores, services, a regal cinema and grocery store.

The room was freezing and I could not get it warm. Half of the elevators were not working during a time of major lacrosse tournaments in the area.

The breakfast buffet omelette station should have two cooks because it was too many people for one chef.
The room ac wasn’t working our 1st night so it was very uncomfortable to sleep.
