A staff member assisted me in extending my check out time and she was great. Efficient and knowledgeable about the process. I would definitely stay there again!

Wonderful hotel
Wonderful stay all-in-all. Clean room, very customer service friendly staff, breakfast buffet was great, super comfortable king size bed, but the fold out sofa bed mattress was so terribly uncomfortable.

Dissappointed No Working Pool
Big Hotel No ice machine only in the refrigerator in the room that spit out 4 ice cubes a hr. No working pool not mentioned on the website when I booked which was why I had picked this hotel b/c the pool area looked nice on website, Great Disappointment!!!

Ok stay. Tub wasn’t draining properly. Asked staff for assistance, no one ever addressed. Pool is closed until second week of July. Disappointing that it wasn’t mentioned in listing.

Great location. Clean property with spacious, clean rooms. Texas Roadhouse a minute down the road. Pool was closed which was a bummer. Easy check in and check out. Plenty of parking. Quiet, comfy bed and sleep sofa. Nice, hot breakfast. Great coffee! Would stay again.

Check in was great. Room appeared to simply be "wiped down" not cleaned... found candy on the floor, shower had hair, BR counter and miror not "clean" just like a quick wipe down...not sanitized clean.
Ran out of coffee in the AM. It was average, not awful but not excellent.

We had to get new sheets because there were small blood stains when we went to go to bed. The fact that my husband had to go down and get them instead of them offering bringing them up wasn't ideal. Mike was great. From check in to a mid stay check out recheck in so we could stay in the same room he was super helpful. We were definitely disappointed that the pool was not open even though when we checked the website it said it was. We were able to snag breakfast a few minutes late one day when we had an early soccer game and got back to the hotel just as they were getting ready to close and appreciated them letting us do that. Overall a great stay. Wouldn't not stay again due to minor inconveniences We faced. We would definitely use them again if we had to stay in the area.

Hotel was nice and clean. Only complaint is that we booked the hotel after looking to make sure there was a pool and it was closed. Wish this would have been accurately stated on the website.

Not a happy stay.
My husband was having major surgery. I booked this place because it says it has a pool…my husband can’t get his eyes wet for 4 weeks. He wanted to swim the night before his operation. When we went to get in the pool, there was a sign on the door to the pool. Nothing posted anywhere else that says pool is broken. I asked how long it’s been broken for 5 months. When I emailed Marriott, they gave us the equivalent of $8 refund. I’m so disappointed. The surgery went great but he has another surgery in 2 weeks….we need to stay at a hotel but i think we will try a Hilton this time.
