We had a handicapped room. The shower was an accident looking for a place to happen. Someone had placed a liner on the floor of the shower that was very slippery. We almost fell several times. Also there were 3 shower wand fixtures and all were broken and couldn't hold the shower wand. The hose on the shower wand was too short for someone sitting on the seat to easily use.

Few reasons to avoid this property
As a 20 year veteran of IHG hotels, this was the worst experience in the chain.
1. Checked into a room that was recently smoked in, had to switch rooms.
2. From 2:05am to 2:45am a loud alarm was going off in a room on same floor. It woke up entire floor. It was someones phone. After 40 mins, and a middle night call to front desk, then a visit to front desk they finally went to investigate. 2:50am alarm was finally turned off.
3. 9am, stop by front desk to chat about the nights alarm, walk into the snack shop, grab a water to purchase. Treated like a criminal, saying I cant go into the store. No sign posted just an absolute rude, put that back, you can not go in there. Why have the store, if your not selling the product.
4. No shower curtain in room. Asked about it, they did not care
Strangest and worst experience with IHG ever.
Do not recommend, and absolutely 100% will drive a hour to avoid this place and there people.

Kids constantly running up and down the halls. People knocking on my door throughout the night. One of the worst nights at a hotel in my life.

Clean and comfortable beds,breakfast was good, but road noise was horrible and shower was making noises and no water pressure. Would not stay again.

There where plenty of parking spots.
Breakfast was very good. Kitchen and Dinning room very clean. The Cook was friendly, always smiling. The Gym and pool where clean and appealing.
The Receptionists are nice and friendly.
Half of the room window had a screen and the possibility to crack it open to get fresh air. I like that very much.
One thing that I didn't like was the floor's cleanliness when we got the room assigned: dried mud-crumbs by the floor trim. (Probably from someone's shoes)
Informed the Cleaning Lady about it, and she came with a vacuum cleaner full of dust, unable to suck those crumbs.

Overall good clean place, fresh breakfast and good service. Worth the price.
