Didn't try the breakfast so couldn't say. Staff was friendly enough the few times I needed to interact with them. The room was clean or as clean as I expect a hotel room to be. The AC and the heat worked but my stay was in November so didn't use it much

3 days heading to DC

Hotel was convenient for us, close to metro with free, safe parking. Hadn't stayed at a courtyard for decades. Didn't like their coffee and breakfast options. Decor in common areas pretty tired. Bed was fine and quiet
