The experience was fantastic from the moment we checked-in. The front desk associates, friendly, professional and helpful. The restaurant team was very friendly and the food was great. We arrived when they were getting ready to close and they treat us in such a way, that make us feel special. They listened to us, managed food allergies, make us laugh and make sure we enjoyed our experience. The room was clean, beds comfy, and the view breathtaking. Service was fantastic. This visit was done during low season, so we have all the amenities for us. I know we will go back!

My husband and I are long standing loyal customers. We stay at the Hilton quite regularly. However, I must say the new changes to parking and the hotel restaurant has changed for the worse. My husband is a military veteran , but depending on the mood of management he doesn’t always receive his military discount at the hotels restaurant.This is very disheartening, due to the amount of money we spend at the restaurant , in addition to the amount we leave in tips. Also, honor members should not be required to pay parking fees, these parking fees and the changes made to the restaurant menu,has made me think twice about returning to the Hilton. We paid 19.00 for burnt crab hush puppies,that had little to no crab inside. The breakfast,that we are a custom to has changed in a very bad way. They only serve pork options on the menu. Which my husband and I do not eat. Also, the couch in the room was outdated and needed to be replaced. I was very disappointed in my stay.

The stay was great for the most part. At check in I made a note about us having my autistic nephew and wanted a room with no one below us or next to us and they were working on that accommodation although he didn’t join us this trip I loved they were looking for a quiet area for him and other guest.
We always love our room and the comfy beds. The only disappointing thing was the tub had other hairs in it so we decided to shower when we got home. But other than that we loved our stay and the staff was friendly and kind. We will always stay here when we can afford it haha

The room that was originally provided wasn’t what I expected, Started off rocky and the service we've we received checking in was very unpleasant I feel our concerns about the room was addressed until the bugs was noticed. We've been coming here for the past 5-6 years for our anniversary faithfully and summer vacation with our kids so I can't give it the normally 5 like I usually would for that reason highly upsetting
